The innovative Health Care Office “Fit on the Job” method for the office and home office efficiently strengthens the deep muscles of the back and the neck muscles.

In just 5 minutes a day, the upright posture can be sustainably improved and the neck and shoulder muscles relieved.

In today’s digital society, it is no longer enough to simply move physically in some way. In addition to ergonomics at the workplace, the body should be actively moved every hour to prevent overloading or one-sided physical strain on the spine, muscles or joints.

In the “Fit on the Job” workshop, Danny Birchler and his physiotherapy team show how to strengthen the back, shoulder and neck muscles while working. The special exercises are performed in sitting and standing position with a flexband and small ball. In addition, the anatomical points of reference for correct head and upright posture are shown in order to prevent back and neck problems.

  • Efficient exercises for sitting and standing at the workplace for the back, abdominal, shoulder and neck muscles with a flexband and small ball. Special power breathing exercise is demonstrated to strengthen the deep muscles of the torso.
