Health on the plane

The “Fit on Board” program (AIHC Aviation In-flight Health Care) was developed by Danny Birchler and includes numerous exercises and tips for travelling by plane.

What makes the “Fit on Board” program unique? The progressive and structured sequence of exercises in the “Fit on Board” program makes a big difference compared to doing just any exercises. The fitness exercises strengthen the core muscles, arms and legs. This improves the important blood circulation during the flight. In addition, the exercises support your health on the plane.

This “Fit on board” program presents important tips for air travel and everyday life.

  • Improve your health!
  • A strong body for traveling!
  • Fresh and refreshed after the flight!
  • Power in everyday life!

The “Fit on board” exercises are also very suitable for at home, in the hotel, in the office and in the home office.
