PilatesCare REHA training for healthcare professionals
The clinical Pilates method “PilatesCare” especially for healthcare professionals is performed on the mat, on the chair and on the treatment couch.
The deep muscles of the trunk can be strengthened more sustainably with PilatesCare and the method can usefully support and supplement various types of therapy and training.
Danny Birchler, founder of PilatesCare, runs the PilatesCare training courses with his physiotherapy team.
